Challenge
Discovering one’s own communication skills to better convey ideas.
The Thermo King team is composed of very different professional profiles, ranging from engineers to lawyers and analysts. This led to communication “gaps” between departments and a lack of a unified narrative in relationships with clients and suppliers.

Tailored Training
We organized a four-hour in-person workshop with a dual objective: that each team member would acquire the necessary tools to better communicate their ideas and, at the same time, that they would all be capable of conveying the Thermo King message in an inspiring way, facilitating stronger and more successful relationships with their audience.
This workshop was followed by an online wrap-up session to reinforce learning, resolve doubts, and consolidate the practical application of all the tools acquired.
