Challenge

To articulate a commercial message that is attractive, honest, clear, and persuasive.

The communication team faced a triple challenge: 

  • To improve sales and persuasion capabilities.
  • To learn how to convert data into stories.
  • To boost B2C and B2B communication channels.

As one of the members of the communication department said:

“We have a wonderful job, but I feel like we aren’t able to communicate enough”

Tailored Training

To address MED-EL’s needs, we created a six-week training itinerary based on three pillars:

HYBRID MODE

Combining in-person training sessions at the Innsbruck headquarters and online sessions.

“WORKSHOP SPIRIT”

The sessions included many practical exercises to enhance the capabilities of the attendees.

INCREASING INTENSITY

The sessions increased in intensity one after the other so that all members of MED-EL maintained their commitment.
