GENERAL
For the purposes of the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and other applicable national regulations, GUTORO S.L. informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data and with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity.
GUTORO S.L. hereby informs you of the existence of an information processing system, owned by GUTORO S.L., for the purposes of management, communication and information. The aforementioned system is described in the corresponding Register of Processing Activities, which users can access to check the status of their data.
SECURITY MEASURES AND LEVELS
GUTORO S.L. has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the information, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, depending on the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, with the aim of preventing, as far as possible and always in accordance with the state of the art, its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, thereby guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The security measures described by GUTORO S.L. in the Processing Activity Log shall be applied to all assets of the information processing system in which personal data is processed, in order to comply with current data protection legislation.
All personnel employed by GUTORO S.L. and its Data Processors are obliged to comply with the aforementioned regulations, with special attention to their duties and obligations, including the duty of secrecy, which will be duly determined by GUTORO S.L.
DATA COLLECTION
Acceptance of these conditions requires the user to provide certain data that is essential for the provision of services, which will be requested personally through forms or the website. At the time of data collection, the user will be duly informed of their rights.
In order to ensure that the information contained in our processing system is always up to date and free of errors, we ask our customers and users to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
To exercise your rights of access, opposition, rectification, cancellation or deletion, revocation of consent, limitation of data processing and portability, you must write to GUTORO S.L., C/ San Mateu Nº 14, Sant Joan de Villatorrada, Barcelona, C.P. 08250, Spain. You may also file a complaint with the AEPD.
CONSENT
The user shall give their consent for GUTORO S.L. to use their personal data in order to properly perform the contracted services.
By completing the form included on the website or sending emails or other communications to GUTORO S.L., the user expressly consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned processing system, owned by GUTORO S.L.
At the time of requesting this information, the customer or user will be informed of the recipient of the information, the purpose for which the data is collected, the identity and address of GUTORO S.L. and the user’s right to exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification, cancellation or deletion, revocation of consent, limitation of data processing and portability, and to lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
GUTORO S.L. does not transfer personal data without the express consent of its owners.

SUBMIT CURRICULUM VITAE
In the event that the user sends their CV through our website or social media, we inform them that the data provided will be processed in order to include them in any selection processes that may take place within the organisation, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacancy.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years, after which it will be deleted, guaranteeing total confidentiality both in its processing and subsequent destruction. In this regard, once the aforementioned period has elapsed, if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the data controller, please send us your CV again.
In the event of any changes to your data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can keep your data up to date.
The data may be processed and/or communicated to the companies belonging to our group during the period of storage of your CV and for the same purposes as those stated above.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
The data collected in all private communications between GUTORO S.L. and customers or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, with GUTORO S.L. undertaking to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, to store it securely and to take all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss and unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
In addition, any information of any kind exchanged between the parties, which they agree is of a confidential nature, or which simply relates to the content of such information, shall also be considered confidential. The display of data via the Internet shall not imply direct access to such data, unless the owner has given their express consent on each occasion.
We recommend that users do not provide any third party with their identification, password or reference numbers that GUTORO S.L. may provide them with. Likewise, in order to ensure that professional secrecy between GUTORO S.L. and the customer is preserved in all communications, the customer/user must not disclose confidential information to third parties.
CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
GUTORO S.L. reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as those that may arise from existing codes of conduct on the subject, or due to strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of said modification on the GUTORO S.L. website.
