Wander is an initiative driven by Soulsight for senior executives who wish to broaden their perspective and question their own paradigms. From a humanist approach, the program offers experiences that combine inspiration, reflection, and deep learning.
Challenge
Using creativity to imagine new personal and professional realities.
The challenge for Wander was clear:
- Invite leaders and executives to explore creativity not as a specific resource, but as a fundamental human capacity.
- Offer an experience that not only informed but transformed.
- Champion creative thinking as a path to imagine new personal and professional realities.
As one of the participants told us:

Tailored Training
We designed a tailored talk focused on the creative perspective as an engine for transformation. More than talking about creativity as a tool, we proposed exploring it as a way of being in the world.
THE CREATIVE PERSPECTIVE
We invited participants to train a way of seeing that does not take what it sees for granted.
A perspective that momentarily suspends reality, frees it from judgment, and empowers it.
MANAGEMENT OF PERSPECTIVES IN TEAMS
We explored how leadership also involves learning to see with other eyes: knowing how to read what is unsaid, holding different visions, and activating new collective possibilities.
EXPERIENTIAL NARRATIVE
All content was conveyed from lived experience, combining philosophy, real examples, and powerful questions.
